Our fee for incorporating includes name check(s) and reservation(s) with the Sec. of State; preparing and filing Articles of Incorporation through our Sacramento agent (same day, in most cases); obtaining federal employer identification number; preparing and filing initial Statement of Information and Notice of Transaction; and preparing other organizational documents, including medical reimbursement plan (if applicable) and Form 2553 (for S-election, if applicable).  We also order the corporate book, which includes stock certificates and corporate seal.  Filing fees and other outside costs will be billed in addition to our fee.
